Pest Badger Terms of Service
Welcome to Pest Badger (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, scheduling services, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.
Pest Badger provides residential and commercial pest control, mosquito control, lawn care, termite control, and related services. Services may include exterior and/or interior pest treatments, routine subscription-based services, one-time or specialty treatments, and inspection services where applicable. Treatment plans are based on industry standards, environmental conditions, and pest biology. Pest Badger does not guarantee complete elimination of all pests but strives to significantly reduce and control pest activity.
By purchasing services, you may be entering into a service agreement or recurring subscription. Services may renew automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled. After completion of any initial agreement term, services may continue on a service-by-service basis until canceled. No one is required to be home for exterior services unless otherwise specified. By signing up, you authorize Pest Badger to perform services at the service address and to charge the payment method on file
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property for scheduled services. If access is restricted due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other barriers, service may be skipped or rescheduled. Missed services due to lack of access may still be billable. Pest Badger reserves the right to adjust service timing due to weather, routing, or operational needs.
By engaging services, you agree to maintain a valid payment method on file. Payments may be processed automatically upon service completion or in accordance with your agreement. Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension, cancellation, or collection efforts. Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law and may be referred to collections.
Customers may cancel services at any time unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Cancellation requests must be made through phone, email, or written communication. Services scheduled prior to cancellation may still be completed and billed. Prepaid or completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by management.
Pest Badger may offer re-services based on service type and pest activity. Re-services are provided at our discretion and may be classified as at-fault or no-fault depending on the circumstances. Re-services do not constitute a guarantee of complete pest elimination.
Customers agree to follow any preparation instructions provided prior to service, maintain basic sanitation and property conditions, and notify Pest Badger of any hazards, sensitivities, or concerns. Failure to follow preparation or maintenance guidelines may impact service effectiveness.
Pest control applications are subject to environmental conditions. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, wind, temperature, or other factors. Pest Badger follows all product label requirements and regulatory standards. All applications are performed in compliance with federal and state regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pest Badger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service. Pest Badger is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to services performed.
While every precaution is taken during service, Pest Badger is not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects, structural issues, improperly maintained areas, or pre-existing infestations. Customers should report any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Termite services and inspections, where applicable, may be governed by separate agreements. No guarantee is made unless explicitly stated in a termite-specific agreement. Conditions conducive to termite activity must be addressed by the property owner.
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Pest Badger and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Customer information may be collected and used for scheduling, service delivery, billing, communication, and internal business operations. Pest Badger does not sell personal data to third parties.
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails related to your account, services, appointment reminders, and service updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed. Pest Badger reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
