Liquid aeration is the process of evenly covering your lawn with a solution that will penetrate your soil and loosen it up. It will break down dense matter, creating passageways for water, sunlight, and nutrients to pass through and get to your roots. The active ingredient in liquid aeration solutions is ammonium lauryl sulfate. This ingredient is the key to breaking down the matter.

Core aeration offers the same benefits as liquid aeration, however, it is done with an aerating machine. This machine will poke tiny holes throughout your soil to create those open passageways for nutrients, water, and sunlight to travel through to your roots. After we manually aerate your lawn with our machines, small cores of soil will be left on top of your grass. As these begin to break down over time, your lawn will benefit from those additional nutrients. We always suggest pairing our overseeding service after core aerating your lawn because those extra seeds will be able to fall into the holes in your lawn, creating optimal conditions for germinating.
